Where can i buy the product
You can order the product online through the official website or you can pick up the products at our headquarters in Medemblik, Holland.
What if a product is not in stock?
We always have sufficient products in stock. It won't be happening that you temporarily can't order.
Do i have to have an account to order?
No, you don't have to have an account to order. You can fill in your data and finish the order.
How high are the delivery costs?
The shipping costs for delivery within the Netherlands are: €3.50, and for Belgium they are €4.50.
How can i pay my order?
On the payment page different payment options are offered. If you have a dutch bank account you can pay through Ideal, Paypal, Creditcard or bank transfer. Do you have a belgian account number, you can pay through Paypal, Creditcard and bank transfer. Next to that you can use eMaestro and Bancontact Mister Cash.
I didn't receive a confirmation of my order, how is that possible?
Often you can find the confirmation email in your unwanted / junkmail folder. We advise you always to check this first, isn't the email there as well, then contact the helpdesk.
When is my order going to be delivered
We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We are dependant on services of other parties. Also the payment method has influence on the delivery time.
If you choose for a quick payment method such as Ideal, Paypal, Creditcard or eMaestro (Belgium) and you order before 16:00? Then we can send your order the same day.
If you choose to transfer your money to our bankaccount we send your order as soon as the payment has come in. Usually this takes a couple of days.
After we send the order, it usually takes one working day, for Belgium that is 2 working days. Do you live in another country than the shipment will last longer than 2 days.
Why do i receive a payment reminder?
When you place an order but the payment isn't received by us you get a automatic reminder. You can then pay the amount and if we received the payment we'll process the order.
With a banktransfer it can happen that the reminder is sent while you paid. In your order confirmation you can check the status of your order.
Did you accidentally order twice and one of them is paid? You can ignore the payment reminder of the one you didn't pay.
Do you want to cancel the order? When the payment isn't completed yet the order will be cancelled. The reminder you get can be ignored.
I didn't receive a Track and Trace code
In the order confirmation that you got in your email, there's a link to check the status of your order. On this page you'll also find the Track and Trace code.
